Good for pet odors, quick delivery

I ordered the Geruchsentferner Spray and the Enzymreiniger Konzentrat because my dog had a few accidents on the rug. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, pretty easy to navigate. Delivery was surprisingly fast, arrived in about 3 days to my apartment in Berlin. I used the spray first on a fresh stain, and it did a good job of neutralizing the odor quickly. The concentrate I used in a larger area after diluting it, and that also seemed to work, though it needed a bit more time to fully dry. Quality feels good, the bottles are sturdy. Overall, a solid experience and the products did what they claimed for dog odors.

Decent cleaner, delivery could improve

I got the Hundegeruch-Entferner because our new puppy had a few accidents. The product itself worked well, it really did get rid of the dog smell from the sofa which I was happy about. The spray bottle worked fine, no clogging or anything. My only minor issue was the delivery took almost a week, which felt a bit long when you're dealing with pet messes. I wish they had a faster shipping option. But for the price and how effective it was, I'd probably order again. It's a good solution for pet households.

Effective spray, fast shipping

I bought the Bactador Spray for general pet odors. It worked well. Shipping was quick. No strong scent left behind. Good product.

Cat urine smell gone!

I can't believe how well the Katzenurin-Entferner worked! My cat had an accident on the carpet and I thought the smell would never go away. But this product completely eliminated it. It's a miracle! I'm definitely buying more from Bactador. Telling all my friends with pets!

Worked great on old stains

So I tried the Fleckentferner on some old coffee stains and a mystery pet spot on the rug, you know how it is. It actually worked! I was kinda surprised. Just sprayed it on, let it sit, and dabbed it up. Most of the stain came out, which was pretty cool. Delivery was quick, got here in a few days. Happy with how it turned out, my rug looks way better now.

Reliable odor killer, always delivers

This is like my third or fourth time ordering from Bactador. I always go for the Geruchskiller, usually the big Nachfüllflasche. It's consistently good, just like the first time I tried it. Never had an issue with the product itself, it handles cat odors better than anything else I've used. Delivery is always consistent too, usually takes about 4-5 days to get to me. That reliability is why I keep coming back, I know what I'm getting.
